O2’s prestigious office headquarters in Slough

BCAL provided CDM services to SEGRO for O2’s prestigious office headquarters in Slough. The project consisted of the construction of an open-plan four-storey building, with the office space arranged in a U-shape around the impressive full-height atrium with it’s feature staircase. The cantilevered roof above the set-back glazing of the top floor, adds a dynamic feature to the streetscape. The building was sustainably designed to reduce solar gain and energy consumption, offering the facility to harvest rainwater for landscape irrigation, daylight sensitive light fittings, and methods of reducing water consumption.
