BCAL Consulting was established in 1983 as a Structural and Civil Engineering Practice.

We provide consultancy services in Civil Engineering (Bridges, Highways, Drainage Infrastructure), Structural Engineering (Industrial, Commercial, Education, Health, Residential, Leisure and Retail Sectors), Project Management, Feasibility Studies, Surveys, Traffic Engineering, Flood Risk Assessment, CDM advisory services and BIM Management.
