Richard has acquired a vast range of experience in a relatively short space of time giving him the skills and knowledge to support the project team through all stages of design and construction. Attention to detail, achieving deadlines within tight timescales and resolving problems as they arise, ensures that the Principal Designer/CDM Consultant service at BCAL is always delivered successfully. Richard started his working life at BCAL assisting the civil engineering department and building up technical experience in that field, before taking up a seat within the CDM department, where his keen interest in construction health & safety matters made him a natural Principal Designer. This is demonstrated by the way he has very quickly picked up a wealth of formal qualifications relating to CDM.
