Exciting new shopping and dining destination

BCAL acted as Principal Designer / CDM Adviser to Argent LLP on this unique development, providing London with an exciting new shopping and dining destination. This extremely complex project required major engineering and technical solutions, in order to achieve the Client’s aspirations and the Architect’s vision. The 19th century cobbled streets, coal warehouses, Victorian brick arches and public square, have all been brought back to life, with the focal point being the ‘kissing’ rooftops curving out from the original warehouses.
