BCAL have been appointed by Lovell as BIM Manager for The Loxford Lane project in London comprising of 159 homes in a range of sizes, types and tenures, meeting the needs for different incomes and household types as developed by Redbridge Living.

In consultation with the Council, the development will provide 142 one, two and three-bedroom flats alongside 17 three and four-bedroom houses. Information and design is produced to ISO 19650 BIM Stage 2 maturity which facilitates a more integrated, efficient, and collaborative approach to construction projects, leading to better outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
