Flagship school comprising steel-frame superstructure with precast hollowcore floor & roof planks (lightweight roof over hall). SuDS features include rain gardens & swales with BCAL working closely with LLFA for fully sign off early within the planning process. New benchmark set for the use of BIM within BCAL with entire project delivered in Revit including superstructure, substructure, drainage & external works.
