BCAL Consulting were delighted to be part of the project team for the Bedford Academy extension which has been named Building Project of the Year at the Herts & Beds Construction Excellence Club awards 2026.

The project was designed by GSSArchitecture and constructed by Ashe Construction as part of the SCAPE Regional Construction Framework.

This new facility provides 16 classrooms, a dining area, changing rooms, and a community café—supporting the school’s planned growth to 1,800 pupils by 2029.
