Terin joined BCAL in 2022 and works in the CDM department assisting clients regarding their duties under the CDM regulations.
Working collaboratively with clients, designers and contractors, supporting all parties throughout the design stages from start to final completion Terin monitors and manages CDM compliance to ensure, so far as reasonably practicable, that each project is delivered smoothly and safely, providing the relevant documentation on completion. With keen attention to Health & Safety and risk identification skills, Terin ensures CDM Adviser / Principal Designer service at BCAL is delivered successfully.
