With extensive experience across diverse projects in the built environment, Arnold has developed a deep expertise that he now leverages as a highly effective BIM Manager. His proficiency in utilizing cutting-edge software ensures BCAL stays at the forefront of BIM innovation, continuously enhancing the firm’s capabilities.
In addition to leading coordination workshops, Arnold actively supports BCAL's internal design teams and external consultants, maximizing the value of BIM processes on every project. His leadership extends to providing targeted training, empowering teams to strengthen their skills and overcome any gaps. Moreover, Arnold plays a pivotal role in BCAL’s cloud-based Building Manual solution, seamlessly integrating critical information into BIM models.
