Sheltered Accomodation takes shape.

BCAL were appointed by Wellingborough Homes to act as civil and structural consultants on the refurbishment of Barringer's Court sheltered accomodation in Irchester.

Work recently started on site by the Principal Contractor Jeakins Weir for this £1.7m scheme.

Originally comprising 33 flats, the two storey building has been totally re-designed and re-modelled to provide 27 larger flats, all with en-suite facilities. 

This work entailed some complex internal structural alterations for which BCAL carried out the design.
